a little help

i think your problem is in the developer unit. you need to check the toner sensor inside the dev. if you don't have enough toner to cover the sensor. try to do *28*
go to copier, function, toner supply and execute it.
this should solve the problem if the sensor is good.

toner hopper

get a used toner bottle or new, use it to unlock the catch on the toner hopper, take the bottle off and look inside the toner hopper, is it empty or almost? if there is a scraper that cleans the toner sensor its probably broke, so sensor doesn't detect properly. The scraper is just a wire goodie that rotates. Dont forget to clear the error code. *2and8* copier>function>clear>err
when you resolve and add toner. Its possible the motors quit working properly that move the toner. 020 means the copier says "I'm not getting toner fed to me and I'm hungry"
