How to enter Service mode IR 3300

Hay folks!!
Please help!!!
I don't know what a f***k, why I'm unable to enter in Service mode in my Canon IR 3300 copier
How i guess Code is: *,28,* or #,28,# - don't work
Its my first time whit Canons, what i do wrong??????

IR 400 service mode

hi,

if u want to go to service mode, press "addtional function" , 2 & 8 simultaniously, again press "addtional function".

u have to do it immediately the above all

you will get on screen , COPIER , FEEDER,.........
