    Network related issue

    In IR2420,i am facing a problem of network connection.Suddenly the connection breaks & gets reconnected after getting restarted.

      turn Multicast Discovery: OFF

      Additional Functions>Network Settings>TCP/IP>Multicast Discovery>ON (is the default state), set to OFF. Reboot the machine for this setting to take effect.


      or check the printer memory dimms/ remove >clean ends> re-seat
