    CLC 3200 copy problem

    Hi i would like to know what should I check or adjust in CLC 3200. Attatched are sample copies. The 01_original.jpg is my original sample, included also is a sample of test print pattern. Other are sample of fullcolor and single color copied on platen glass. Thank you very much.

    to me it looks like the cyan and magenta drums need to be replaced. first do a "auto gradation" then run test pattern 10, if cyan and magenta dont improve then replace those drums.

      Hi sir, thanks for the reply. Actually, I did replace the drum of cyan & magenta. Also did an auto gradation, and still the test pattern 10 is same as my sample. By the way what confuses me is that while i'm doing an auto gradation is that the output of test pattern is okay. Cyan and Magenta are clear and visible.

        Hi everyone, ...after replacing different parts of the machine for testing , i found out that the problem is in the hard disk. I don't have SST right now, can I just copy the hard disk to another one? Thank you very much.
