The customer had an old machine with LT paper in the trays (not LTR) and used to copy two photos one below the other (not side by side). The old machine would auto-rotate the image and print it as portrait on the LT paper without cutting the image.
With the new IR ADV C5030 the image is cut off because the machine prints the image as Landscape (not as portrait).
I remember in irC 3180 there is a setting in the service mode to address this issue but do not remember it now. Was wondering if anyone has come accross this issue and/or knows the setting.
As workaround I just turned the auto orientation off and customer is satisfied but I believe the machine should not cut the image as long as both photos are within the 11 inch distance although in portrait layout.
