[Misc] Transfer of address book for another machine

I have IR2270 with fax and email address book. The customer is getting IR3225 as an upgrade. He wants the address book to be transfer to new machine. Is this able to work and what will be the approach for backing up on IR2270 and restoring on to the IR3225. Many Thanks

best way is to go into the RUI and save the address book (saves as an .abk file) to the customer PC and then upload into the new machine when you have it configured on their network

You can save the address book as a csv file. Convert it to ldap format via dawn address book coverter.
IF exporting the abk file from the old to new does not work (some machines code model/serial info in the file which prevents it from being loaded to a different machine.)
