Canon IR 3045

Copies made on this copier show streaks that look like poor cleaning from the drum blade; however drum has no residual effects as I've seen from other copiers. Is the problem the drum unit??? Happens whether being copied or printed. What is the black roller in the drum unit??? I cleaned it with alcohol didnot help.

Service manager don't know what is the black roller in the drum unit?.Yes,usually is drum issue.Post a pic please.

If streak lines come from cleaning blade, the streak lines appear along the document.
If streak come from drum, streak will appear with constant pitch 95 to 95mm
if streak come from primary roll, streak will appear with constant pitch 5mm

sorry correction : If streak come from drum, streak will appear with constant pitch 94 to 95mm
if streak come from primary roll, streak will appear with constant pitch 50mm
and if streak come from developing cylinder, streak will appear with constant pitch 40mm
