ir8070 cannot boot up

Hi, we got an ir8070 at one of the customer and they said it cannot boot up, so we went there and have a clean up for the PCBs, vacuum and replug the wiring at DC Controller and Main PCB. But the proble m still the same. The indicator bar only run less than a centimeter for whole time when we swithc it on. I dont dare to change the 2 pieces of the SD Ram from other machine to have a test. Before we change any spareparts, can we swap the SD Ram from other machine? Or doesnt it require any setting?
