    Image Press C6000 Streaking issues

    Hey All

    I have just reinstalled my C6000 at another facility and I am getting the attached issues on the image. It seems that the magenta unit does not want to mix with any of the other colors and keeps streaking. All other colors are fine. No tech has any idea what this is. Can someone help?

              this issue had occur in my iPRC7000vp .
              i do not know that is the same problem with me,
              i just disconnect and connect laser connector on the main power unit PCB ,
              then solve this issue ,
              you can try it .
