Can anyone share with me the code to get into service mode on IR-3300. I know for the 2200 its *28*. That doesn't seem to work on the 3300 or I'm doing it wrong. Mostly I work on Kyocera product, and I'm trying to help out my sister. I'm trying to reset a fuser code after a power failure.

Select copier
select FUNCTION
select clear
select ERR then OK
cycle the machine with the main power sw on the right side.Like the United States Postal Service It's a miracle it works! -
Thanks for the input, but we can't get the screen to change from the error code call service screen. Is that suppose to change? We even tried powering the machine off/on with the door open, and the code screen comes back.My mission here on Earth is to help all you Dum-Dums!Comment

Yes you should be able to get to the service screen anyway. Remember to hit the 2 and 8 keys at the same time.Like the United States Postal Service It's a miracle it works!Comment
