[Error Code] canon image press c1 error code E0248-000

Hi
i heve one canon image press C1. the machine does not open at all.the screen is black and produces the code Ε0248-0000
any help please !

Hi, E248 is an error in the EEPROM on the reader controller, it's failing to read or write. You can check that everything is plugged in ok on the reader controller, try re-installing the system software but you may have to replace the EEPROM and the reader controller. Hope this helps
