    IR3025Double sided scanning

    Heres one I havent seen. IR3025 with fax and universal send. When copying thru adf everything is fine. When faxing or sending thru adf, feeder double side scans each page. Checked scan slct in level 2. At 0 like it should. Went thru send manual and couldnt find anything. Double sided on send screen is set to off. Customer says it recently started so I'm thinking its a customer setting I cant find

      check under (Additional Functions) --> [Communications Settings]
      check under the TX Setting> Common Setting> two-sided should be OFF> Ok> Done

          Two sided is off. I was researching it and one of the posts on the knowledgebase mentioned the different size originals. Customer has that preset in their send screen. I'm gonna stop in and turn that off and see if it makes a difference.

              Got it. Main send screen was set to scan different size originals. For whatever reason, that causes the df to scan 2 sided when faxing or scanning. Turned off setting and everythings normal again. Today I'm the windshield!

                  so u need to do the turn off in both locations
                  1-Scan select in level 2. to 0
                  2-Main send screen>scan different size originals>TURN OFF

                      Yea scan select was already off which I figured it would be because it didnt 2 sided scan when you copied, only fax and send. I had to turn off diff size in the preset screen which happened to be used as the default. Interesting one.
