    scan win7/64

    Hi, everybody!

The client uses iR1133 for copying, printing and scanning. On computers various Windows versions are established: XP, Vista, 7.

Problem following: ONLY under Win 7/64bit it is impossible to scan on USB. All other Windows versions scan without problems. Under Win 7/32bit - no problems.

Unfortunately I can not work itself with this device is there was an inquiry in our service by phone from the far region. Problem stated according to the client.

Somebody can will prompt where to look?

    Thanks in advance

Can you use it on any other machine IR1133, I had a problem with uploading firmware to Kyocera recently where I could use the same USB stick to upload FW to earlier versions of Kyocera machines but not the latest one..then tried several other stick until I found one that worked, Generic USB usually works fine, no extras..just pure memory with no safety features etc.
.OK Google! ... will I need Berrocca this morning?
