Canon Lbp3360 - error E602-0002

Hello. I've problem with my Canon LBP3360. I power on, and on the lcd show error E602-0002. What this mean? Thanks.

in Ir series canon copier that error means:It is an HDD error. You will need to have it reformatted with SERVICE SUPPORT TOOL. The system software will have to be reloaded also. If this does not resolve the problem you will need a new HDD.

It isn't a copier. It's a small monochrome printer. And don't have hdd (in 99%). Could anybody help me? Where I find Service Support Tool for this printer?

Usually E602 deals with external storage (Hard drive) ... I would try to remove any memory modules or other accessories from the formatter and try starting it up again. If that doesn't work then it is probably a formatter issue.

I don't think one exists for that unit. Canon uses some pretty universal error codes and sometimes you can extrapolate from one unit to the next. I checked for a different model (further up the food chain) and it doesn't even list the error. I am thinking this is Canon's equivilent of Error 79 - the WTF error.

Hi, here you go directly from service manual lol and it aint good news sorry

E602 It fails in the download of the firmware.
0002 Downloading of the controller firmware ends in failure. - Download the controller firmware again.
- Replace the video controller board by new one.
