IR-C3220 won't to Scan to Folder.

I got such a great response on the last question that I decided to test my luck again.

What is required to Scan to Folder? Is an Universal Send Kit necessary, and if so how do I go about obtaining one?

The machine has the ImagePass 2 installed currently, is the Universal Send a separate item?

Any idea of how we may be able to obtain this kit for a resonable price. Most of the pricing we've seen was in the $1.1K area and that is 2x more then what we paid for the machine.

If you have a Send Tab on your control panel, you are in luck.

you need USEND kit (lecense key), enter lecense key in system setting > license registration

Send function is available only if the optional-
Color Universal Send Kit
& Resolution Switching Board are installed.


To identify if the Resolution Switching Board is installed, and installed correctly, first look at the board slot covers on the cage unit at the back of the imagerunner. The Resolution Switching Board is NOT installed if the second Metal cover from the bottom has two bumps (nipples) diagonally across from each other. If the plate surface is flat, the board is installed.
