    [Error Code] iRC5180 E002-0003

    Dear all,
Do anyone encountered same issue on this model? Currently i was changed fixing unit, main controller, IH heater PCB, DC power supply.
I suspect is the drawer connectors. Do anyone know the part numbers or any good ideas to resolve this issue?

This error is caused by insufficient drying, your case is the same, I also tried every way but why not discover the disease, you can refer here. "http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/canon/63886-canon-image-runner-irc5185-error-000-001-a.html"

Try to check the wiring harness from the dc controller to the fixing unit, there could be a possibility of loose connections at the connectors.

0003 =When the fixing main thermistor fails to reach 110 deg C within the prescribed period of time after reaching 80 deg C during warm-up

what was the issue that u had to replace all those parts ??

u need to remove the fix unit/ and check your connectors on unit/
Check that the wire harness guide for the fixing thermo switch and thermostat is installed correctly.

also before removing unit check those connectors that u remove prior to lifting out unit

The manual says AC driver, or DC controller 2 (Maisy)
