Hi, I am hoping this is the right place but if nobody can point me in the right direction then its fine.
I've started at a small company and their printer, a Canon irc3580i, has a few blue lines when printing in colour. When printing in black and white its fine but when in colour we get 2 really strong blue lines at the top of the page and a few faint near this. I've tried cleaning the toners but it is still appearing. I've noticed that when you open up the printer from around the corner of where the toners are there is a roller that I guess feeds paper through (again, im new to this sorry!
) which has blue lines on it almost exactly like the lines showing on the paper but nothing comes off it. My conclusion is the ink is coming from something that may touch this roller and has transferred it onto this but has dried in.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Craig
