CANON IMAGERUNNER 2020 - Can't print USB or Network

It's me again with yet another problem. Canon Imagerunner can't print directly using USB and/or Network. I am not an expert in connecting printers by network but I do know how to connect it straight to a computer. I did (with the installation CD)..the driver was installed and everything but it still would not print. This has been used as a Network Printer but now it does not work..not even directly through USB. I think it was after we changed the FUSER UNIT when the problem started. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it.

    Thanks

you can check the IP address setting from your PC and copier (use manual setting IP address), make sure that it's correct eg: PC 192.168.1.20 subnet:255.255.255.0 and copier : 192.168.1.21 and subnet 255.255.255.0 then test ping via cmd... ping 192.168.1.21 -t if ok, you can continue to re-install driver. please avoid IP address like this 192.168.0.20, coz can also make a problem. there is no relation between changing fuser unit and printing error

Thanks, I did check the IP address and they are the same...computer and copier. That is the thing I have been trying to explain to them, but they think that because of me changing the fuser, the Network printing does not work.

Oh, and the other interesting thing is that it does not even print directly using USB-computer connected directly to printer.

Is that you have install PCL5e driver version ?

Try delete it and install UFR II driver version.

If that doesn't work, clear all. Had this same issue on a 2200 that mmi clear fixed last week but the 2020 doesn't have MMI clear.
