Canon IR2270 Jamming

Hello friends i have a canon ir2270 thats just constantly jamming in the fuser or just before or jnyust leaving the fuser. I have replaced the pick-up and feed rollers and also the fuser has been replaced and the machine is still jamming.

Check the jam codes, i can be more help with the codes

Ive found that these two areas cause most of my pper jams. The black tab in the upper circle will crack or break off. The foam pad in the lower circle will become soft and cause deflector to sick too it. ( there is a pad on both ends) I remove them. IMG_20120426_092050.JPG

Have the right lower door modifications been done?

hi.. i suggest you to check the timing clutch gear.............

Sounds like he is having the duplex jam and yes the lower black flapper needs updated with the white pads. Or new black pads at least installed. Yes it does fix a consistant jam in this area!
