ImagePRESS Server T1 issue

Dear all,

Do anyone encountered or ideas on resolve the 'unknown jobs' and 'unknown id' appear on CWS suddenly? Recently i'm encountered my customer's server facing this issue. I had tried to disable the multicast discovery and bonjour services but it still occur.
Can anyone assist on this matter? Thx alot....

Try putting the T1 in the domain, if it's not already.

If that's not an option, make your Windows users local users (normal user rights) on the T1. If there's only a few, that's easy. If there's a bunch - it's not so easy.

Note: This only applies for Windows users; I've never seen it happen with Macs.

this "unkown jobs" issue as same happen for my customers iPRC1+ -T1 ,
my customer all use windows xp os ,
some times, they printing use T1 PS driver ,
commendworkstation display "unknow job" , and iPRc1+ not job ,

a computer failure , and other computer also followed the same failure occurs.
But if i go to PS driver → configuration → press "update" key , to get device information ,ok,
is very magic , this "unkow job "issue is solve , all computer are normal ,and also c1+ is normal,

Very strange trouble ,
who can help me ???
