My iR2016 have multiple problems system error E007 is one of them other errors are E001 and E808.the machine do not lift paper from drawer and stack bypass not working properly.please tell me the cost of fixing film,fixing assembly ,drum and drawer rollers.thank you

check connectors
start with the errors first. 007 and 808. Recheck to make sure you plugged in all connectors. This happens when the connectors did not get plugged in when the fixing unit was taken out or otherwise. unplug the copier first before you mess with it. also wait about 10 minutes unplugged before pluggung back in to clear error e808. If this fails to resolve the part number for the fixing film assy is FM2-3346-000. Do this first then work on the other problems when the machine works. I cant sell you a fixing assy, i dont thinki am suppose to do those things here, only help. If everybody did it, this place would be a bone yard for advertisements. You can go to the search engine and type in the number or look at the ads on the right of this page. This is how the owner of this site might make a few dollars to help support this site. Even though it says ads by Google this site gets a cut. I support that. I would want the same for my site. -

well i have not changed one on that machine yet, nor do i remember what the machine looks like. Think i have seen one. The fixing film assy is the part you need to replace, not the film itself. that means the fix film assy is about 1/2 of the fixing assy, not the whole fixing assy. you might have to remove the whole assy to replace the fix film assy. You need to remove it anyway to check all connectors and contacts and look for things that just are not right. after you order the assy you will see how it goes on. By changing the assy does not guarantee all your problems will be solved but at least its a start. Please check all connections first before you go out and buy an assy.
If you are not a tech, then calling a tech might be the better choice. Its not a simple fix sometimes. What you have described sounds like it could even be wires pinched and grounding out. Did all of those things happen at once or over time did each item of error occur over time? Then again the e007 and 808 is fixing assy errors as noted. 808 is bad connection or no connection and then the copier was turned on. the e007 is a fixing film error meaning the film is torn or does not center on the roller and wants to work itself to one side more than the other, or simply is just not turning because a gear is broke. So there could many reasons for the problem, but at least the copier tells you where to look or at least what it thinks happened due to the errors it produces,from there you do the homework.Comment
