The following message appears after on my canon imagerunner 2535" insert the drum" i inserted the drum but the problem still persist any one know the solution please help

if u replaced with drum unit, check bias to the drum and HVT
I found this message, When I replaced wornout drum with new (but not drum unit cartridge, just individual drum), it might be poor contact bias of machine to the drum (located inside the rear of hole drum, there is a little part that you can pull with small force to make it more contact with bias of machine).
when drum rotating, drum might be shifted to the front leading to poor contact of bias, I also put a small washer/ring to avoid drum from shifting to the front.Learning never ends..
Never give up, where there is a wheel there is a way..
