Copier prints fine until you print duplex then the copies come out with the lower left corner folded over (dog eared) the duplex pathway looks clear. I did a stop test and it wasn't folded all the way down the duplex unit. Its almost like it goes back through and somehow folds at the fixing unit or just before the fixing unit
