Ira8095 stapler problem

Have a 8095 with a finisher .the problem is if you do a big stapling job the paper curls up in the corner where the staple is and eventually that corner will be so high that the exiting paper will catch on the staple
and cause a jam .this happens when there are about 2-300 pages stapled in sets of 5 or 6 pages sat on the output tray .
Tray goes down as it should

Check for last firmware and try with different paper.

It's on the latest firmware ,they have ordered some different paper for me to try but Noticed in different customer same thing happens on big runs .
