    E064-003 on a Canon IR3570.

Any get a code like this? E064-003. The manual says rep DC controller and High Voltage Power Supply. Just wondering if there is anything else to check before I end up ordering these parts. Thanks

Maybe get solid black ore blank prints?

    -Check HVT

    - Check if Toner gets on the Developing Bias Tab

    -Replace the drum

    - check the drum contacts

    -Try to clear DC-controller (p-print)
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

It's intermittent. Sometimes I can get 100 or so copies out then it errors out. Copies look great. I will replace the drum and check all those things you mentioned. Thanks

The E064 code with a 0003 sub code can occur if Toner gets on the Developing Bias Tab. If the Toner is getting on the Developing Bias Tab you should check the seal on top of the Developer.

Replace the HVT. A couple of screws
