Hello, 830i is jamming in doc feeder. picks up ok until it gets to the delivery area. It gets past the optic slit then jams. not sure of the jam code but noticed that the delivery rollers are not driving. there are two document feed motors, the motor that drives the delivery section also drives the optics scanner, no movement of motor. I swapped cable of other motor that drives the pick up and registration section and saw motor operation, I did not swap motors just cable, the other cable would not reach, so I know motor is operating.
