What happens? This machine supports windows xp and win 7 yes. Pdl which the configuration of the machine? it has kit pcl? ps? if not you should seek the UFRII driver canon and that generally the standard canon devices.Any doubt we are here.

I just want to point out that this model comes with UFR II (network and usb) printer option. So install the UFR driver.

make sure your that you have connected to the network with correct IP address setting before installing UFRII driver.
