For copying it is fine. But when it comes to scan the size will automatically reduce, it can even see the feeder belt at the edge of side of the document. I have tried to do the common settings... anybody have any clue???

service mode > feeder > adj or function > la speed.
just thought of another possibility: check if you an change the size in send settings to 101% or 102% etc , test whatever works, then save it as you standard send setting. -
