Let every of us know what is mounted behind the machine:

1 With 4 small LEDs light (a.k.a Fiery C1) OR

2 With LED display that can either see "FF" or "00" (a.k.a Fiery C2)

Give us more details prior to this problem you facing.

when in the printer setting its said Wait a moment (Check the power source of the print server behind the main unit and cable connection if the display does not change in a moment.) I check all the cables and the box read 00.

                Hi

Have a look on service mode: Copier>option>INT-FACE= 3 (it's a required condition to detect the fiery)

                  For more precision: Service mode>copier>option>body>INT-FACE=3

                  Rachid.

                      Try:
                      Service mode>copier>option>user>INT-FACE=3
