iR Advanced 6055 - Finisher FN-E1 - Error E540 - 8002

[MFPTech]

The first sheet is half way out on the Finisher top tray and the second sheet stops under the punch unit.

After some troubleshooting it looks like I have to replace the Main Finisher board.

Anyone has had this before please?

Thanks for the info. Will order the new style sensing flag and will let you know. It kinda makes sense because the problem started as intermittent and became consistent.

There are simple to solve this problem.
You just need used 3M double side tape to paste the
Receiving tray plated at sensor flat position..total place
Is 4..Try this
