IR C2620 Printing Problem

This customers IT person said they needed a "Jet Direct Card". I ordered the optional print kit and realized that the network card didn't come with. Got the network card and replaced both. The machine scans but will not print. It seems that the doc goes to the machine but it stops at "waiting to print" and will not continue. Can't see any obvious conflict. Thanks for any tips.

Press the counter button > device configuration.

Do you see UFR, PS or PCL in the list?

Under Device Configuration on the second page it says:
Option
DADF-K1
PCL/PS
UFR
SEND Expansion Kit-B1
NetWare

I hope this make it easier to fix and not more difficult. Thanks for the help.

When you're not sure of the right driver to install, start with UFR driver.
