Im getting code 801 scanning, customer's network automatic changes passwords for there users computer, would this cause problem.

I can't give you a good route, because i am doing it from memory, and I have not done it in a long while.
Basically setup a new entry, or edit the old one by going to
address book
create new address
select file from the dropdown menu ( you will see email,fax as other choices)
then at some point you browse the network, drill down until you get to the shared folder you need and it will ask you for username and password.
have the customer put that in.
First you have to know where the shared folder is, to be able to drill to it.
Finding editing is tricky if I remember correctly.
I think it is somewhere along the path to create a new entry.Comment
