MAIL BOX transfer

How can i transfer a mailbox from an ir5570 copier to another one,
I replaced the hd and dc controller from copier to the other but the mail box is empty.

you setup an SMB share with full control to everyone
Then go to RUI
additional functions
custom settings
backup/restore settings
backup destinations.

when that is set
do custom settings
backup
execute

If your Hard drive died----mailboxes are gone.
YOU SEEM TO BE switching parts from one machine to another, GOOD LUCK
You may as well print each and scan them back in to your new machine.

Without a PC, there is slim chance of doing it. If your original copier is working, following the given steps is your beat advise. If you are just doing "transplant surgery", copier might give you all sorts of weird issues.
