hard disk cloning for ir6000

good day,
my boss have ir 6000 which have error code of 602-002 (He has also other ir machine which is ir5000 working). a hard disk problem.
i saw from the other tech. post he used acronis to clone HDD.
we tried cloning using the software. i pull out the working hard disk from ir 5000 and clone to western digital HDD(new) using ACRONIS. then i test to ir5000 its works, but after you off then on again the machine, the error code 602-002 or 602-001 appears which is HDD problem.

i tried to put in the defective machine ir 6000 the clone one its the same error on the screen.

do you have similar problem encountered like this? why if u off the machine hard disk became error again?

can u give me advise how to fixed the problem. ur help i so much appreaciated... thanks.

out of curiosity I'd like to know if you can clone it again with the same hard drive you cloned the first time and see if it does the same thing. Did you use a new hard drive to clone? I have never cloned so I'm no help. How about this: clone the hard drive again and put it in the good machine and see if it does the same thing, or take the good one and put it in the machine that is bad, but wait.... maybe the clone is a 5000 but your copier is an ir 6000 which is an ir5000dx, not an ir 5000. Why dont you just try and use sst now that its already formatted, or clone it again then try using sst to the tune of an ir 6000 (ir5000dx).
