    [Misc] IR3530 Image Black Marking

    Good days all,

Im new in this forum, and wishes if any1 can help me out solving this Image problem that i get from IR series Machine ( IR3530 ).
Below i had attached some sample. Please do let me know, normally what may causes those marking. Already try change with another Developer unit. After running few printing( 10 printing ) image will be like Sample02, as i print more the image will be like Sample03. And when i take out the developer, i notice that there are uneven toner on the magnetic roller. Can be clean off with cloth, when reinsert back into the machine. First printing image is ok, as i Print more.. those Sample02 and Sample03 image pop out again and the magnetic roller got same marking again. Nearly forget.. there are some overtone as well on those image.

Thanks if any1 can help me out.

using non genuine toner, or mixed different type (brand) of toner. if doing so, you have to pull out all toner in developing ass'y and sub hopper, also clean dev cylinder. If you use genuine toner and marking still appear, adjust doctor blade a little in dev to make layer of toner on cylinder thinner.
