This machine could not detect any touches on the screen. Tried changing a brand new touch panel but still the screen is not responding. Does any experts here know what is the fault in this machine?

When you say new touch panel is that the whole control panel or the analogue touch panel that sits on top of the LCD display?
Depending on which determins the next course of action.

It's the touch screen panel that is not working. The analogue buttons work fine. I could go into service mode but pressing the "copier" button for screen recalibration is not possible.
I changed the whole set of touch screen panel (analogue buttons included) which I got from another machine. But still, the touch screen doesn't work.Comment

Touch Screen Does Not Respond
Check and re-seat connector J1018 on the Main Controller PCB.

Guys, apparently the new panel which I used to replace the faulty one is spoilt too. The problem is solved after replacing it with another new panel. Thank you very much for your input. I appreciate them very much.Comment
