[Misc] 2380/3380 creasing trailing edge of only a3 PLEASE HELP!

I have a Canon 3380 in the field and it works fine except for A3.

Any A3 print/copy it creases the last 10cm of the page (trailing edge).

Forced stop and its in the fuser. But its a new fuser and it seems the fuser is stopping rotation before finishing. Then the finisher rollers pull it through the rest of the way.

It doesnt jam, no error code.

A4 is perfect and its had new paper.

This is really causing a headache any one faced this problem before.

changing the value of FX-FL-SP in service mode to +3. To change the value of FX-FL-SP in service mode.

Service Mode > Copier > Adj > FX-FL-SP



Use it to enter a fine adjustment value for the fixing film speed when plain paper is used. Make a fine adjustment of the target control speed for the fixing film speed when plain paper is used.
Setting range: -3 to 3 (Default: 0) (Unit: ms)
