IR2270 error code E024-001

    IR2270 error code E024-001

    I know that the E024 has to do with either disconnected developing unit or toner. But not the E024-001 code. Anyone can say what the subcode means?

          Dear all

          We've a custmer with 4 machines of this model. At a certain periode, he was using non genuine toner (he was not under contract). The four machines were displaying E024 at the same time periode. This code has magically disepeared after installing geniune toner...

                  Yap they were using toner from another model machine. Ridiculous.
