Re: Di5510 job will not stay in qual in command workstation
Jobs should come out of the queue when printing to any device, but the Fiery Controllers have a printed job queue.
If this is what you are talking about, then you must make sure that the Fiery is set up to save jobs in the printed queue after printing a job. Factory default for this is 10 jobs which will then show up in Command Workstation.
If you are trying to send print jobs and have the Fiery Hold them without printing them, then you will need to setup the driver so that the TCP/IP Port uses LPR and then use the queue name of HOLD so that jobs are spooled, but not printed. Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends. -
