I imagine that your machine is configured to work with A size which cannot "cohabit" with legal size.

I use the machine iR3570;auto feeder problem, when using legal-size paper into the margins of 50mm;butt here is no problem with A4 paper.who can help.

Service Mode > Copier > Option > Body > Model-SZ = 3
Service Mode Level 2 > Copier > Option > Body > ORG-LGL = 1
