Cant access installable options on iR3300 from MAC

Hey folks,

Just setup an iR3300 on a network with all MAC computers all running OSX 10.4. Printer was added using Canon IP (PS) Driver 1.81.

I can see the printer and normal printing is fine, but I cannot access any of the installable features (2 sided printing, stapling, etc).

When I go to print, I can click on the "printer info" button within the finshing tab, and I see all of the options show up and are available, but they are greyed out when trying to actually select them in the printer menu.

I've tried adding the printer as LPR/LPD, Appletalk and IPP...all with the same result. I've exhausted all known options (I'm a PC guy, not MAC)

Any information would be very helpful

Am guessing you have used the canon emulated PS driver? You need to download the PPD from Canons site. Once installed go into the printers folder and configure the PPD with all installed options
