    Canon C6000VP starter dump

I have a IPC6000VP that keeps dumping the yellow developer, I have changed the drum, the developer station, gone through the setup proceedure for installing developer material.

Does anyone know what could be causing this to happen sometimes as few as 5000 - 10000 prints ?
    Thanks

Is there any history of yellow toner clumping up in the developer station that would or can cause this? What is the recommendation, vacuum up a bunch of toner our of the sub hopper and main hopper?

make sure all filters including ozone are replaced, heat buildup in the printer can cause this. Make sure the software is up to date and read release notes as there are setting in service mode that help with this

do you think I should vacuum up all of the toner in the hoppers and start fresh? I guess on yellow maybe open up the toner bottles an see if there are any chunks before installing them. Thanks

Thanks I will try this. there was chunks all over inside the starter material. I cleaned it out as good as possible, I will install starter and check these settings. :-)
