    E 000804-0001 in IR 6570

    Hi.........

    my device have the E 000804-0001 in IR 6570 ?

    help please

    Can some one show me in image where the ERROR !

              check HP sensor, some time fuser sutter and fuser roller is not setting properly and give that error

                  sorry i thaught its 840-001, for 804-001 check fuser powersupply fan, its located on left side of the copier and undernith the scanner.

                      sorry i thaught its 840-001, for 804-001 check fuser powersupply fan, its located on left side of the copier and undernith the scanner.

                                  did you find the IH Power supply fan?
                                  Either the fan is bad or the dc controller.

                                  Take the finisher off
                                  Take the left side panels off.
                                  change the fan
                                  Turn on and look if the fan turns.

                                      But when i run the device and I see the fan still does not work

                                      and still the ERROR 000804-0001

                                          replace whatevr tells the fan to turn on ----dc controller

                                                  or fuse Dc controller and clear Error
