    ir 7086 saddle finisher v2 problem

    Hai Friends,

    one of my customer used ir 7086 copier without finisher, as i tried to connect with new saddle V2 finisher, I cant able to enable the finisher through service mode in OPTION, ACC PST-D, because in that particular screen, i was not able to apply the settings & it was showing as i mentioned below,
    ACC1 _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (_ _). (there is no numbers)

    so please guide me to get default screen to enable the finisher.

      Turn on the finisher and then the host machine in
      the order indicated.

      Start service mode, and specify the order of connection:

      Read PDF......saddle_finisher-v2-ip.pdf
      Practice makes perfect
      If it ain't broke, don't fix it
      A picture is worth a thousand words
      If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself

          thank you friend .i will follow this . but i have a doubt. i am going to install only V2 SADLE FINISHER. for that, is the T connector nessery or not . because ihave no T CONNECTOR. with out T CONNECTOR FINISHER will be work or not.

              You must use T CONNECTOR for ARCNET Cable from Machine to Finisher, do not forget the terminator plug.

                  When connecting the imageRUNNER 7105 / 7095 / 7086 Series main engine to its delivery accessories (ex. Finisher V1 / Saddle Finisher V2), the Signal Cable, T-Shape Connector and Terminator must be configured correctly.

                  If an improper connection is made (ex: connecting the signal cable directly to the main body without attaching it to the T-Shape connector or forgetting to attach the terminator to the end of the T-Shape connector), the following error codes can occur:

                  E500: Finisher Communication Fault.
                  E711: Communication error has occurred between the Main Engine and its Delivery Accessories.

                      i connect T connector now the finisher start working. thanks for your advice .
