Machine telling to check cover

hello every one,
my problem is the :
An IR2000 shows this message: "CHECK PRINTER COVER", when I open a cover it reacts, so it doesn have any problem with contacts I guess,
please help me figure out?

hi...the lower paper cassette on the left side has a cover sensor clean it or replace it ..so i would check the sensor flag if it is in correct place &
moving free when you open close the cover

I touched it and it worked, i didnt have clean it.

And now I'm facing jamming issue, with the same machine,

the paper doesnt cross the fixing unit,

didnt dissasemble yet, till that, I'll make a new poste.

hi..there is a paper exit switch located on the right side of the fixing unit....try your magic touch with it
