    ir7200 e069

Hi, the machine nearly abandone a week, im not sure what else should i change with the code of e069. All the things that i changed are:

    Transfer unit
    HVT-DC-PCB (value reinput)
    HVT-AC-PCB
    SSR

But it still come out a code e069 even every first 2 copies made. Anyone can help?

Check the 10K Ohm resistor located in the Transfer Corona HVT Cable.
An Ohm check of the Transfer Corona HVT cable should result in a 10K +/-5% Ohm value, if over limit value or Ohm value outside of +/-5% is is read by meter then resistor has failed. Replacement of Drum Duct HV Connector Assembly (found in figure 106 of the imageRUNNER 7105 Parts Catalog)
Location of 10K Ohm is shown below.

Holy monkey took me an hour to get to Transfer Corona HVT cable, the ohm reading is fine and another hour to put them all back ... after that i found out theres a single cable on top connecting primary corona HVT Cable to HVT-DC-Controller, after changed the primary assy everything working fine but we still monitoring for another day. Thanks Teckat, We learned new thing on checking the resistor Ohm.
