canon ir8500N hang (cannot loading) when startup

hi all, i have problem with canon ir8500n, now when i turn on the machine i can see wait.... and progress bar run until 25% the machine hang, i have cleared the memory RAM using the eraser until clean... and i have press 1 and 9 for the sam time and i wait until finish then i start again the machine but still hang (cannot loading the system) when progress bar to 25%... what can i do, thank you
