sir, i am a Ricoh technician, but unfortunately i encountered canon copier in our project and the copy is very light. id like to adjust copy quality but i don't know how to enter into service mode so that i can adjust image density or the value of charge current,bias as well as toner drop adjustment. I need help please. Thank you in advance!

Additional functions key(User Mode key) > #2 key > #8 key > Additional functions key(User Mode key)
do not hold down the 2 & 8 key together
