    Service mode for image runner 2020

    sir, i am a Ricoh technician, but unfortunately i encountered canon copier in our project and the copy is very light. id like to adjust copy quality but i don't know how to enter into service mode so that i can adjust image density or the value of charge current,bias as well as toner drop adjustment. I need help please. Thank you in advance!

    Light copy? What about print? Need to locate issue.Can be a scanner,toner,developer...

      Sir, machine is full of toner and present copy counter is 10,000 copies only that's why i'd like to adjust first the bias, or charge current but don't know to open service mode.

        I can sand you complete service manual but for toner dropping,bias is not the reason i believe.First clean complete machine,observe and find the problem.

            do not hold down the 2 & 8 key together
