    iRC4080i image quality

    Hi,
Have been dealing with an intermittent quality issue and tried new drums and ITB without success.
Test patterns 11 , 18 and 20 are attached. The arrow points the leading edge.

    Any ideas please?

    Thanks in advance!

can you double check if you are pointing to the lead edge.

Can you post PG10 and check PG5 with each colour separately.

That's the leading edge. Confirmed by jamming the copier while printing the test page. All the other Patterns look good. 11 and 18 were the only ones that are obvious.

      Thanks

My guess would be cleaning blade, or some weird digital effect.
when would it show up on the customers copy?
because it only shows up at the sreas with high density process black.
