    [Error Code] Canon iPR C1 Error code E000020-0484

    Hey,

    I'm new to the forum since I have an important question.
    I've been searching the net for an anwser but cannot seem to find any.

    Recently we experienced the following error code E000020-0484. Due to this error we cannot make prints larger than around 4 pages which is quite incovinient.

    I was hope one of you guys experienced the same and has the anwser.

      Pull out P-KIT and inspect SL-8 cover.Probably is broken.

          I didn't quite understand that but one of the Canon mechanics has repaired the printer for us.

          with that said the topic can closed.

              What you did not understand exactly and where was the problem on C1?

                  did tech explain repair ?

                  always keep a printed record of exact service performed on printer for future visits by tech to review !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
